Where HouseDelve data comes from

HouseDelve combines public property information with licensed geographic data and AI-assisted research to help homebuyers ask better questions.

County boundaries

HouseDelve's county map uses the Tailte Éireann dataset "Counties — National Statutory Boundaries — Ungeneralised 2026", published through data.gov.ie.

Eircode routing-key boundaries

Where shown, routing-key boundaries are derived from Autoaddress open data: "Eircode Routing Key Boundaries (WGS84 ESRI Shapefile)", published on 29 September 2016.

Routing Key boundaries are approximate geographic groupings for navigation and may not reflect official administrative boundaries.

Property information

Listing details come from publicly available property marketplaces and may include the address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, energy rating, and sale status. Listings can change, be withdrawn, or contain errors.

AI-assisted analysis

HouseDelve uses structured listing details and publicly accessible information where available to produce buyer-focused analysis. Reports are research aids, not verified records or professional property advice. Information may be incomplete, out of date, or interpreted incorrectly.

Updates and corrections

Property pages show when HouseDelve's report was checked and when the stored property record was last updated. These dates do not mean every fact has been independently verified. Buyers can submit a predefined factual issue from the property page; reports are reviewed separately and do not automatically change a listing.
