Eircode routing-key boundaries

Where shown, routing-key boundaries are derived from Autoaddress open data: "Eircode Routing Key Boundaries (WGS84 ESRI Shapefile)", published on 29 September 2016.

Routing Key boundaries are approximate geographic groupings for navigation and may not reflect official administrative boundaries.

Property information

Listing details come from publicly available property marketplaces and may include the address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, energy rating, and sale status. Listings can change, be withdrawn, or contain errors.

Flood maps

Flood Safe assessments use current-scenario flood-map datasets from the Office of Public Works (OPW), published through data.gov.ie, where relevant mapping and a usable property location are available:

Coverage, detail and treatment of flood defences vary between datasets; material assumptions are explained alongside the property's map findings. Being outside a mapped flood area does not establish that a home is flood-free. The AI-assisted score and commentary are HouseDelve's assessment, not an OPW rating.
