About
More useful questions before you buy
HouseDelve provides due-diligence support for homebuyers by helping prospective buyers turn a property listing into practical questions. It is free to use and designed to support — not replace — your own investigations.
What HouseDelve does
We monitor publicly available property marketplaces so we can stay informed about homes offered for sale. For each property we publish, HouseDelve brings together structured listing details and AI-assisted analysis to highlight questions, trade-offs, and areas worth investigating before you make a decision.
The result is a starting point for research: a way to notice possible issues, compare what matters to you, and prepare better questions for an estate agent or qualified professional.
What HouseDelve does not do
HouseDelve is not a property marketplace, estate agent, lender, valuer, surveyor, engineer, solicitor, insurer, or planning authority. We do not list homes on behalf of sellers, negotiate sales, set asking prices, or tell you whether to buy a property.
A HouseDelve report is not a substitute for viewing a home, checking official records, reading sale documentation, or taking advice from suitably qualified professionals.
Where the information comes from
Listing information comes from publicly available property marketplaces and may include details such as the address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, energy rating, and sale status. Our analysis uses those structured details with AI-assisted research, which may draw on publicly accessible web information where available.
Information changes quickly. Listings can be updated, withdrawn, or contain errors, and public sources can be incomplete or out of date. We therefore treat every report as a research aid, not a verified record of a property.
Help us improve the record
Each published property page has a predefined issue-report form. A report is a signal for review and does not automatically change or remove information. If you need to explain the issue or receive a reply, contact us at corrections@housedelve.com and include the property page link or HouseDelve property reference where you can.
